Nortera Foods to acquire the Green Giant and Le Sieur from B&G Foods.

Nortera Foods, a company that supplies frozen and canned vegetables, agreed to acquire the Green Giant and Le Sueur, frozen and shelf-stable vegetable product lines in Canada from B&G Foods, a company that manufactures shelf-stable foods. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Nortera remains steadfast in delivering high-quality canned and frozen vegetables that Canadians love and trust.
