Sydbank to acquire Arbejdernes Landsbank and Vestjysk Bank.

Sydbank, a banking company, agreed to acquire Arbejdernes Landsbank and Vestjysk Bank, two financial and banking services companies based in Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed.
