Sydbank completed the merger with Arbejdernes Landsbank and Vestjysk Bank.

Sydbank, a full-service commercial bank, completed the merger with Arbejdernes Landsbank, a Danish full-service retail bank, and Vestjysk Bank, a regional bank that provides conventional banking services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
