SBFC completed the acquisition of Cotton Holdings from Sun Capital Partners.

Sullivan Brothers Family of Companies, an enterprise that builds, operates and invests in dynamic businesses, completed the acquisition of Cotton Holdings, an infrastructure support services provider, from Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
