Industria Casearia Silvio Belladelli, an Italian producer of hard cheeses and whey derivatives, completed the acquisition of DWB Proteins, an Italian whey processing company, from Denkavit Group, a Netherlands-based animal nutrition specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed.
