Acton Capital, a growth venture capital firm, and Blackfin Capital, a private equity firm, led a €30m Series B funding round in Formalize, a compliance software company, with participation from West Hill Capital and CIBC Innovation Banking. “Compliance is no longer optional; it’s essential for doing business.
