Long Path to acquire Idox for £339.5m.

Long Path, a venture capital firm, agreed to acquire Idox, a provider of engineering information management solutions, for £339.5m ($438m). “We are thrilled to partner with the Idox team to steer the company through its next phase of growth. In our view, Idox’s public listing no longer best serves the company’s long-term development prospects.
