EW Group-backed Planasa to acquire Illinois Foundation Seeds.

EW Group-backed Planasa, a global leader in plant genetics, agreed to acquire Illinois Foundation Seeds, a company specializing in seed genetics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very proud to announce this agreement with IFSI.
