Ryan Specialty to acquire Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers.

Ryan Specialty, a service provider of specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents and carriers, agreed to acquire Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, a managing general underwriter, specializing in underwriting large-account, high-hazard property and casualty solutions.
