Novacap completed the investment in TAG Towers.

Novacap, a North American private equity firm, completed the investment in TAG Towers, a Kentucky-based developer and operator of wireless tower infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TAG’s strong execution track record makes them a natural fit for our digital infrastructure portfolio.
