Norvestor-backed Citira, a Nordic tire lifecycle and service group, completed the acquisition of Dackhallen i Falkoping, a Swedish tire and automotive service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Citira has made an excellent impression on us, joining forces with them is a very logical step on our journey.
