PSG Equity-backed PatientNow, a provider of practice management and electronic medical record (EMR) software and payment solutions, completed the acquisition of Recura, an AI-powered growth engine designed to help practices capture, convert, and grow. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Recura has always been focused on helping make our clients more money.
