Net Purpose completed the acquisition of SDI AOP from APG, PGGM, BCI and AustralianSuper.

Net Purpose, a data provider for sustainable and impact investors, completed the acquisition of SDI AOP, an asset owner-led platform from APG, a pension fund management company and consultancy services, PGGM, a provider of pension administration services, BCI, a provider of investment management services, and AustralianSuper, an industry fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership with Net Purpose marks an exciting evolution for SDI AOP. As a founding member, BCI has helped support the development of a global standard related to Sustainable Development Investments (SDIs).
