Hitachi Energy completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Shermco from Blackstone.

Hitachi Energy, a technology company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Shermco, a provider of full life-cycle electrical equipment services, from Blackstone, an American multinational private equity firm.
