First National Bank Zambia to acquire the wealth and retail banking business from Standard Chartered Bank Zambia.

First National Bank Zambia, a major commercial bank in Zambia and a subsidiary of South Africa's FirstRand Bank, agreed to acquire the wealth and retail banking business from Standard Chartered Bank Zambia, a prominent commercial bank in Zambia and a subsidiary of the UK-based Standard Chartered. Financial Terms were not disclosed.
