CoreWeave to acquire Marimo.

CoreWeave, an AI cloud-computing company, agreed to acquire Marimo, the creator of the open-source marimo notebook, an AI-native, reactive development environment for Python. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is about supporting the open-source community and unlocking the pace of innovation that modern AI demands.
