Cicor Technologies to acquire TT Electronics for £287m.

Cicor Technologies, a globally active provider of full-cycle electronic solutions for the healthcare technology, industrial, and aerospace & defense sectors, offered to acquire TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics performance critical applications, for £287m.
