OrbitsIQ Global completed the acquisition of UNIO Enterprise.

OrbitsIQ Global, a company operating in satellite and terrestrial network integration for mobile assets, completed the acquisition of UNIO Enterprise, a Munich‑based provider of broadband connectivity solutions.
