Cerealto, a specialist in the food manufacturing industry, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fresca Foods, a manufacturing and innovation partner in the natural and organic food industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Cerealto and continue leading our US business as both shareholders and management.
