JAKRI, a holding company, completed the acquisiton of a minority stake in Indura JFK Holding, the holding company of Indura, a supplier of flanges and fittings for the assembling of pipe systems, from Jysk-Fynsk Kapital, a Danish private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
