Prime Super-backed Active Utilities, a company that provides EV charging, solar power, and battery storage services completed the acquisition of Real Utilities, provider of carbon-neutral energy, from Frasers Property, a developer-owner of industrial & logistics assets, for AUD54m. “The acquisition of the Real Utilities business is a significant step in positioning Active Utilities as the leading provider of local utility network solutions in Australia.
