P&E Capital to acquire Solaris and Sobra from Sveafastigheter.

P&E Capital, a private family investment office, agreed to acquire Solaris, a shopping and leisure complex, and Sobra, a business and shopping center, from Sveafastigheter, a Swedish real estate company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We strongly believe in the journey Solaris has taken so far and hope in the future to contribute to further developing the center’s existing strengths, such as its diverse local cultural and leisure offerings,” Kristjan Piilmann, P&E Capital Head.
