Omax Investments, a manufacturer of pump stations and supplier of integrated solutions, completed the acquisition of BARR Plastics, a supplier of environmentally friendly plastic solutions for water storage, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and related applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
