Dr. Vranjes Firenze, a Florence-based company offering artisanal perfumes, home fragrances, and scented candles, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Integra Fragrances, an Italian olfactory branding company that designs bespoke scent identities and proprietary fragrance diffusion technologies.
