UniCredit Bank Austria, a financial institution specializing in sustainable banking services, completed the acquisition of the building at Rothschildplatz 1 of PGIM, an asset management arm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The purchase of our headquarters is in line with our strategic repositioning, that buildings which are primarily used for banking operations should be owned by the bank,” Ivan Vlaho, UniCredit Bank Austria CEO.
