Northclean Group completed the acquisition of Siskon Siivous.

Northclean Group, a facility services group, completed the acqusition of Siskon Siivous, a Finnish cleaning services firm delivering cleaning and facility services to clients across Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition, which represents Northclean’s first entry into the Finnish market, provides an opportunity for Northclean to expand into a new geographic market and to strengthen its service offering for business clients across the Nordic region.
