Maurer & Wirtz to acquire Classic Parfums and The Nose Behind.

Maurer & Wirtz, a manufacturer of fragrances, perfumes, and personal care products, agreed to acquire Classic Parfums, a luxury niche perfumes, and The Nose Behind, a German perfume house. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a significant milestone in the strategic development of our company.
