Goldman Sachs-backed Adler & Allan completed the acquisition of Thomson Environmental Consultants and Atmos Consulting from Mornington Partners.

Goldman Sachs-backed Adler & Allan, a UK environmental services provider, completed the acquisition of Thomson Environmental Consultants, a UK environmental consultancy, and Atmos Consulting, a UK planning and environmental consultancy, from Mornington Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks yet another key milestone in our ambitious growth-focused strategy to create an integrated suite of environmental services across the UK and beyond.
