De Wave Group, an industrial marine contractor specialising in designing, manufacturing and supplying interior outfitting systems and related components for cruise ships and yachts, completed the acquisition of IVM, Electrical Marine, OM Project, and Cantieri Navali San Carlo, companies operating within the marine and shipbuilding supply chain, covering interior outfitting, electrical/electronic systems, metal fabrication, and boat construction. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the addition of these four key players, we will strengthen strategic areas such as refitting, technological innovation, and after- sales services, integrating essential expertise to tackle new market challenges.
