FestPro IoF2025 completed the acquisition of 70% stake in Sziget Cultural Management from Superstruct Entertainment.

FestPro IoF2025, an investment vehicle owned by Hungarian entrepreneur Karoly Gerendai, completed the acquisition of 70% stake in Sziget Cultural Management, organiser of Sziget Festival, from UK‑based Superstruct Entertainment, a live entertainment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Superstruct’s period of operational involvement in the festival allowed us to navigate the pandemic and to invest in the quality of the festival experience for visitors from across Europe – we are grateful for all their support,” Tamas Kadar, Sziget Cultural Management CEO.
