Wholesale Payments, a full-service payment processing and financial technology provider, completed the acquisition of textLIVING, a SaaS marketing, loyalty, and SMS engagement platform that enables merchants to increase revenue, automate communication, and drive customer retention. Financial terms were not disclosed.
