Grupo Echevarne to acquire Aspy from Atrys for €145m.

Grupo Echevarne, a healthcare services provider, agreed to acquire Aspy, an occupational risk prevention and regulatory compliance services provider, from Atrys, a B2B healthcare services company, for €145m. “This transaction strengthens our balance sheet and enables us to focus on the business areas where we have a clear competitive edge and strong growth traction. With lower financing costs and a leaner structure, we will accelerate investment and innovation while reinforcing our international expansion," Marian Isach, Atrys CEO.
