Loihde to acquire BLC Turva from Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta.

Loihde, a company that provides a range of services focused on digital development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management for industrial clients, agreed to acquire BLC Turva, a provider of security technology services, from Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta, a provider of telecom, cable TV, and content services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition strengthens Loihde’s position as Finland’s largest provider of comprehensive security solutions for businesses.
