Zoom to acquire Bonsai.

Zoom, an American communications technology company, agreed to acquire Bonsai, a client engagement and business management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Following the close of the transaction, Bonsai will remain a standalone platform, retaining the Bonsai brand. Over time, we look forward to incorporating Bonsai’s capabilities directly into Zoom, at which point you’ll soon be able to manage client projects, send proposals, track time, and handle invoicing and payments all within the same platform," Zoom.
