Menissez, a producer of frozen pre-baked bread, completed the acquisition of Fresh Food Village, a company focused on providing fresh, high-quality food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic transaction allows the Menissez Group to strengthen its portfolio, increase its marketing capabilities and consolidate its international presence.
