Cleon Capital, an advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Lexer, an alternative legal services provider, from Grupo BC, a tech-enabled processing platform and software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The integration of Lexer and Zelsior under Cleon Capital creates a "national legaltech champion" in Spain, focusing on technology-supported legal services and mass litigation management.
