Fondo Italiano to acquire NPO Torino from Ricoh.

Fondo Italiano, an Italian institutional private capital manager, agreed to acquire NPO Torino, an Italian IT system integrator and digital transformation partner, from Ricoh, a Japanese multinational corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fondo Italiano’s investment in NPO Torino represents a significant milestone for the IT sector and for the strengthening of Italy’s industrial capital in a strategic domain.
