Norwegian Ventures‑backed PN Bidco, a special‑purpose investment vehicle to invest in Nordic health and care companies, completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in Prima Nordic, a holding company for providers of long‑term healthcare, home‑care, and assistance services, from Halifax Group‑backed Elevate Care International, a global home‑care platform providing non‑medical personal care and skilled nursing services.
