Prosus to acquire a 7.4% stake in Rapido from Yamaha Motor, TVS Motor and Mustard Seed Impact.

Prosus, a company that focuses on investment in internet, digital media, e-commerce retailing, and technology companies, agreed to acquire a 7.4% stake in Rapido, a private limited company in the transportation/mobility sector, from Yamaha Motor, a publicly traded Japanese manufacturer and seller of motorized products, TVS Motor, an Indian motorcycle manufacturer, and Mustard Seed Impact, a venture capital firm. Financial terms are not disclosed.
