Stolt-Nielsen, a diversified company that operates businesses in bulk-liquid and chemical logistics and land-based aquaculture, completed the acquisition of Suttons Group, a privately owned company that provides supply chain and logistics services with a focus on quality, safety, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After many decades as a family business, this step secures the next chapter of growth for Suttons.
