PB Healthcare, a healthcare services provider, completed the acquisition of Fitterfly, a health-tech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and obesity affect up to 40 per cent of Indian adults.
