New Mountain Capital-backed Grant Thornton Advisors, an independent audit and assurance firm, agreed to acquire Grant Thornton Poland, an advisory firm in Poland providing audit services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Poland is one of Europe’s most resilient and rapidly evolving economies, with a range of thriving industries and an appetite for sophisticated services.
