Soderberg & Partners, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Casal y Asociados Serie Oro, a specialized Spanish insurance brokerage. Financial terms were not disclosed. By folding Casal into their ecosystem, Soderberg & Partners can "industrialize" Casal’s back-office operations (claims processing, compliance, and policy renewals). This allows the local team to focus exclusively on client relationships while the Swedish-backed platform handles the technical heavy lifting.
