LUX MED completed the acquisition of Mental Path.

LUX MED, a private health services provider, completed the acquisition of Mental Path, a network of mental health centers offering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In the face of contemporary social challenges, we are witnessing a growing need for access to mental health services. The development of this area is an important element of the LUX MED Group's strategy, which we implement with great courage and consistency, wanting to widely change the healthcare market in Poland.
