Soderberg & Partners, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake stake in Protego Insurance Consulting, a brokerage and consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Söderberg can now offer Protego’s specialized credit risk solutions to its entire existing SME and corporate client base across the rest of Spain and Europe.
