Soderberg & Partners completed the acquisition of Seguros Levante from Jesús Hernández Morales.

Söderberg & Partners, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Seguros Levante, an insurance brokerage firm, from Jesús Hernández Morales, a professional in the Spanish insurance industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition allows Jesús Hernández's team to offer a much wider range of sophisticated insurance and financial products that a small independent brokerage could not access on its own.
