Wonder to acquire Spyce from Sweetgreen for $186.4m.

Wonder, an at-home dining and food delivery platform, agreed to acquire Spyce, a developer of a fully robotic kitchen from Sweetgreen, an American fast-casual restaurant chain, for $186.4m. “We’re incredibly proud of the work our team and the Spyce team have done to develop, scale, and monetize one of the world’s most advanced robotic food technologies,” Jonathan Neman, Sweetgreen Co-Founder and CEO.
