LRT Group completed the acquisition of Xpress Global Systems from Aterian.

LRT Group, a transportation & logistics company, completed the acquisition of Xpress Global Systems, a logistics provider, from Aterian, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our decision to buy XGS was strategic. There’s a lot of room for growth in the LTL space, and we wanted a company that has the network built. We plan to grow XGS in an aggressive manner. We think they have the network to double in three years," Devin Dean, LRT Group CEO.
