Align Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Advantage Investigations from MD Holdings.

Align Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Advantage Investigations, a national insurance investigative services platform, from MD Holdings, holding company that invests in and grows a limited number of lower-middle-market businesses.
