BirlaNu completed the acquisition of Clean Coats for INR1.2bn.

BirlaNu, a building materials and home solutions company, completed the acquisition of Clean Coats, an Indian manufacturer and exporter specializing in high-performance specialty coating materials and construction chemicals, for INR1.2bn. “The acquisition of Clean Coats is a strategic step in strengthening BirlaNu’s portfolio in specialty construction chemicals and high-performance coatings.
